Just use water!!! The vagina is a self-cleaning organ. Using harsh chemicals, packaged wipes or douching can disrupt its normal process. If you must, a gentle soap is OK for the external genitalia.

Most products marketed to help women feel or smell cleaner are not backed by any scientific evidence and can lead to other problems. If you have particularly sensitive skin, also watch for soaps and shampoos you use in the shower.

Even laundry detergents, dryer sheets, and some lubricants can cause irritation. Use cool water to wash and no soap usage internally.

Always keep your private parts clean and fresh. Wipe from front to back, have a separate set of towels for your private parts…. Change your sanitary pads regularly and keep your panties clean.

Cotton panties are the best choice, as cotton allows your Vagina to breathe. Going to bed panty less is actually a good thing. Let your lady feel some fresh air and breathe a little.

If you are a doucher, vaginal pH is about 3.8 to 4.5, but douching can interfere with the vagina’s pH levels, reducing acidity and disrupting a healthy vaginal so please stop. Douching is really bad, it gets rid of the good and bad bacteria, so your Vagina will be defenseless to infections.

PRACTICE SAFE SEX AND USE A CONDOM!!! Some bacteria and viruses can get into the vagina during sex. A condom will save you a lot of trouble.

 If you’re using condoms for protection, do not use an oil-based lubricant.
